A PERSONAL NOTE
After spending more than two decades in a demanding healthcare career, I know what it’s like to keep showing up for everyone and everything — even when your body and mind are begging for rest.
I’ve been through my own seasons of stress-related illness and burnout, including the kind that leaves you physically drained and emotionally numb. Those experiences taught me that pushing harder doesn’t lead to healing — but slowing down, breathing, and reconnecting with your body can.
The gentle yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices in this guide are the same tools that helped me find stability, clarity, and compassion for myself again.
You don’t need to overhaul your life or force change.
You just need small, consistent moments of care — and permission to begin exactly where you are.
This guide is for educational and wellness purposes only.
It shares gentle, yoga-based practices designed to support your recovery — not to replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
If you are experiencing severe distress, feeling unsafe, or unable to cope, please reach out to your local crisis line, healthcare provider, or someone you trust.
You don’t have to go through this alone — help and healing are available.
